Reservation
Policy |
First and last nights rent as a deposit
must be received within 7 days after
making your reservation. Reservations
for 5 nights or more, requires a 50%
deposit.
This deposit confirms reservations for
stated number of days. The balance for
full reservation period is due upon
arrival. Reservations for the period
between December 15th and January 1st
are due in full by November 1st. Reservations for Spring Break are due in full by February 1st.

On Cancellations |
Our policy is the
same as most resort areas. Cancellations
received are refunded less 20% ONLY if
space is re-rented for full reservation
period. YOU are responsible for the date
and for the number of persons reserved.
No refunds for early check-outs.
