     to the Carson National Forest and Red River Ski Area.

●  Our property is adjacent to the Copper Chair Lift, giving you
    ski-in ski-out access to all runs in the Red River ski area.

●   Relax in our large hot tub overlooking the river and ski lift.

●  View the ducks and deer that frequent our property.

●  Kitchen units are fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc.

●  Free wireless internet.

●  All units have hairdryer, iron & ironing board, coffee maker,
    refrigerator, and microwave.

●   Bring your poles and fish right out your back door.

●  Enjoy our built-in gas and charcoal grills and horseshoe pit.
 


Check In Time: anytime after 2:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: anytime prior to 10:00 a.m.

 

Rules and Restrictions
●  Christmas and other peak times may require a 3 to 5 night minimum.

●  Prices are based on occupancy indicated above. Call in advance for the
    availability of additional people, $10.00 will be charged for each additional
    person per night.

●  Tax not included in above prices.

●  SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS

●  ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, however, ash cans are provided on the
    porches of all our units.

Reservation Policy
First and last nights rent as a deposit must be received within 7 days after making your reservation. Reservations for 5 nights or more, requires a 50% deposit.

This deposit confirms reservations for stated number of days. The balance for full reservation period is due upon arrival. Reservations for the period between December 15th and January 1st are due in full by November 1st.
On Cancellations
Our policy is the same as most resort areas. Cancellations received are refunded less 20% ONLY if space is re-rented for full reservation period. YOU are responsible for the date and for the number of persons reserved. No refunds for early check-outs.
