Booking Requirements

A deposit of 1/2 of the amount of your total stay is required and must be received within 24 hours after making your reservation if paying by credit card. If paying the deposit by check, it must be received within 7 days after making your reservation.

This deposit confirms reservations for the stated number of days and for the total number of guests that will be staying in your unit. The balance for the full reservation period is due one month prior to arrival. Reservations for the period between December 15th and January 7th are due in full by November 1st. Reservations for Spring Break are due in full by February 1st.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our policy is the same as most resort areas. Cancellations received are refunded less 20% ONLY if the space is re-rented for the full reservation period. YOU are responsible for the date and for the number of persons reserved. No refunds for early check-outs.
