Elkhorn Rules and Restrictions

The Elkhorn requires a 5 night minimum stay.
Thanksgiving and some weekends or weekdays in late November may be charged at a different rate.
Prices are based on an occupancy of 6. Each additional person will be $25.00 per night. Call in advance for approval of additional guests.
Tax not included in above prices.
Dogs allowed only with approval by management in writing prior to your arrival. Absolutely no dogs over 20 pounds.
Smoking is not allowed in the cabin or on the decks. Designated smoking areas are available on the property.
Elkhorn facilities are reserved for registered guests only. However, Elkhorn guests may use the amenities at the Copper King Lodge.

Elkhorn Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to book your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will be refunded (less 20%) ONLY if the cabin is re-rented for the full reservation period.
The reservation must include all persons staying in the cabin.
There are no refunds for early checkout.
I (guest name) herein agree to not contest the above terms of the deposit refund policy. I agree that any refund that is issued will be in accordance with the above cancellation policy. By paying this deposit, I agree that I have read and understand the above policies.
